Free Testing for HIV, HEP C, STIS & COVID-19

Testing is available Monday – Friday  8:30 - 4:30 via appointment or walk in.

Get tested—it's the only way to protect your health. HIV, Hep C, and STIs often have no symptoms. ALFA offers confidential testing Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. No ID or insurance needed.

Our trained counselors provide support, risk assessments, and prevention guidance. Your results are private and only shared with your permission, unless required by state law.

HIV Care

Advances in HIV medications mean that a person with HIV can live a long healthy life, and even achieve an "undetectable" viral load.  Once this is achieved, it is not possible to pass the virus to another person through sexual contact!

ALFA staff can assist you with setting up your first medical appointment, medical case management, and assistance with other resources you may need to help you get into HIV care and support to achieve your best health outcomes.

ALFA offers a variety of services to people living with HIV to improve health and well being at no charge.

Getting a HIV diagnosis can be a confusing and scary life event, but ALFA is here for you! For over 30 years, ALFA has been providing supportive services to people living with HIV.

Test Information

  • ​STI TESTING & TREATMENT

    If you test positive for an STI, ALFA will connect you with affordable treatment options—whether through a primary care provider, health department, or online services. Tests use self-collection swabs, with results in about 2 weeks.

  • ​​ HEP C TESTING & TREATMENT

    If your rapid Hep C test is reactive, ALFA can usually perform confirmatory lab work onsite. If you have an active infection, we’ll refer you to a non-judgmental provider for affordable care. Limited financial assistance is available.
